About this piece
Play a singing bowl set that comes complete: a brass Flower of Life bowl with mallet, ring pillow and carrying case, for beginners and meditation fans. Everything you need to make your first note is in one set.
Brass makes the bowl, which measures 9 x 5 cm and weighs 0.550 kg, with an approximate frequency of 715 Hz. Strike the rim or side with the wooden end of the mallet, or rub the padded end around the rim for a soft, mellow sound. The ring pillow steadies the bowl, and the case carries it.
A singing bowl is a type of bell, played by striking or rubbing the sides and rim. It can take a little practice to master, so start with the set that has it all. Strike up your first note with the Flower of Life singing bowl set.
Great for: singing bowl beginners, meditation fans, sound lovers, spiritual friends.
