Delivery is the sum of your parcels, from £3.95 each, and free over £60 on most orders. Each product page shows when to expect it. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How fast will my order arrive?
Each product page shows when to expect it before you buy. Items marked same-day dispatch leave the warehouse the same day when you order by the time on their page, Monday to Friday, and arrive 2 to 3 working days later by tracked delivery.
What does delivery cost?
Each parcel costs what the carrier charges us for it, from £3.95, and your delivery is the sum of your parcels (one from each warehouse that holds your items). Over £60 of items, before any discount code, we pay the first £6 of delivery, so one ordinary parcel arrives free; extra parcels and remote areas add a small delivery top-up. Checkout shows every parcel before you pay.
Are your crystals real?
Yes. Every crystal we sell is a natural stone, and its page says what it is, its size and where that's known, where it comes from. Natural stones vary, so the colour and pattern of yours may differ a little from the photo.
Do crystals have healing powers?
We share each crystal's traditional meaning and how people have used it, as folklore and tradition. Crystals aren't a medical treatment, so please see a doctor for any health concern.
Which tarot deck should a beginner buy?
A deck based on the Rider-Waite pictures, with a guidebook, is the usual first choice: every one of its 78 cards shows a scene, which makes the meanings easier to learn. Each deck's page says how many cards it has and whether a guidebook comes with it.
Can I send an order straight to someone else?
Yes. Add their name and address at checkout and we send it straight to them.
What are your Christmas last order dates?
Order by noon on Thursday 17 December for same-day dispatch items, and by noon on Wednesday 9 December for standard dispatch items. Each product page also shows whether it arrives before Christmas.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and return it unused for a refund. Herbs, incense, oils and bath products can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your orders, track them and save items for later.
How do I track my order?
We email you the tracking link when your parcel leaves the warehouse. If you have an account, your orders and their status are there too.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man, to a home or work address. Most items can go to the Isle of Man; checkout tells you if one can't. We don't deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
