About us
Holistic Tree is a UK shop for crystals, tarot cards, incense, candles and witchcraft supplies, founded by Bez in London: tracked UK delivery and 14-day returns.

What we sell
Crystals and tumble stones, tarot and oracle decks, incense and sage, candles, pendulums, altar pieces and witchcraft supplies: the tools for a daily practice, a ritual or a quiet moment, in one place.
Whether you're buying your first crystal or adding to a well-used altar, every product page tells you plainly what you're getting: its size, what it's made of and how it's traditionally used.
Who runs the shop
Holistic Tree was founded and is run by Bez, who picks every item in our range and writes our guides.
The shop belongs to Clockwise Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15143248) and based in London.
How we choose what we sell
We choose each item for its quality, its price and how useful it is in a real practice. We write every product page ourselves. Crystals are natural, so each one is a little different, and we tell you that up front. Traditional meanings are shared as folklore and tradition, never as medical advice.
Our UK suppliers
We work with established UK suppliers who send from their own warehouses in the UK. Every order goes by tracked delivery, and stock levels update every hour, so what you see is what's on the shelf.
How delivery works
Every product page shows when to expect it, worked out from the warehouse's real dispatch times and the carrier's delivery times.
- Tracked parcels from £3.95, and free delivery over £60 on most orders: we pay the first £6 (every delivery price).
- Items marked "Same-day dispatch" leave the warehouse the same day when you order by the time on their page, Monday to Friday.
- We email you the tracking link when your parcel is on its way.
Our promise
- Fair prices and real offers. A 10% welcome code when you sign up for our monthly full moon notes, and free UK mainland delivery on orders of £60 or more.
- Clear delivery dates. Every item shows when to expect it.
- Easy returns. Send most unused items back within 14 days of delivery for a refund (how returns work). Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
- A real person answers. We reply within one working day.
- Safe payment. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link through Stripe. We never see your card number.
