Changed your mind

You can cancel and return an item within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Email us at hello@holistictree.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
2. We reply with the return address and what to write on the parcel.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is yours to pay, and we suggest a tracked service.
4. We refund you within 14 days of getting it back (or of you showing proof you sent it), including the standard delivery you paid if you return the whole order.

Herbs, incense, smudge sticks, oils and bath products can't be returned once their seal or wrapping is opened, for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.

Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered

Please tell us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, so we can sort it out with the supplier quickly. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay for any postage.

Crystals are natural stones, so each one's colour, pattern and shape differ a little from the photo. That's part of their character, not a fault.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
