Please include your order number. It's in your confirmation email, and it helps us find your order straight away. If you have an account, sign in to see your orders and their status at any time.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
