About this piece
Dried white sage and ruda come together in this 10 cm herb bundle, made for cleansing rituals, for example before meditation or prayer. It is a ritual herb bundle, not for eating.
Measuring 10 x 3 cm, it is a compact bundle of white sage (Salvia apiana) and ruda. The leaves were dried before being sealed, and a sharp, spicy aroma is released when the sage burns.
Traditionally, white sage is burned in a seashell or a ceramic, clay or glass dish, which holds the bundle and catches the ash. A feather or fan is sometimes used to fan the smoke. A small bundle for anyone starting a cleansing ritual practice.
A good gift for: ritual beginners, altar keepers, pagan friends, herb bundle fans.
