Seven scents of rope incense are on offer: Frankincense, Rhododendron and Juniper, Spikenard, Sandalwood & Spice, Lemongrass, Camphor and Holy Basil. Each is a Pure Herbs incense rope for burning, suited to anyone who likes traditional incense.
Each rope measures 12 x 5 cm. The Spikenard and Sandalwood & Spice ropes are made by hand: the herbs are bundled in hand prepared rice paper, then rolled and twisted into a braided rope. One of these ropes burns for about 15 minutes and gives off a lot of smoke, so use it sparingly in a small room.
Temples, stupas and drawing rooms are where Spikenard and Sandalwood & Spice incense ropes are traditionally lit for aromatic ambience, with herbs found in the high Himalayas. Whichever scent you pick, it suits an altar or a home that likes traditional incense.
