About this piece
Hollow inside and coloured in turquoise and purple, this calcite geode in black rock is for collectors who like to display crystals open. Geodes are hollow stones with crystals that formed inside, and this one shows its colour once it is opened.
Average size is 8.5 x 6 cm, and it may vary as it is a natural product, so each geode is unique. Geodes are lighter than solid stones and hard to recognise from the outside. Please note the colour is artificial: the geode and the crystals inside are painted.
As a decorative object, it can join a growing collection, set open to show the colour inside. A gift for a rock and crystal collector who likes bold colour.
A good gift for: crystal collectors, geode lovers, rock collectors, home decor lovers.
