About this gift
Knotwork skulls sitting on stacks of books make these Celtic Tale bookends a gift for readers with a taste for the gothic. They come as a matched set, made to keep a row of books upright with plenty of character.
Detailed Celtic-inspired knotwork covers the skulls, and each rests on a base shaped like stacked books. The finish is a classic bronze colour. The bookends are made of durable resin, with enough weight to support books.
Celtic knotwork, with its unbroken interlacing lines, is one of the best-known patterns of early Irish and British art. These bookends sit well on a bookshelf, in a home library, in an office or on a mantel. For the friend whose shelves are full of folklore and fantasy, they make the books look as good as they read.
A good gift for: book lovers, gothic décor fans, celtic art fans, home library owners.
