About this gift
Baphomet sits cross-legged on top of the world in this occult figurine. It is a richly detailed piece for collectors of gothic and occult art, and for anyone curious about one of the best-known figures in occult lore.
Cast in resin and carefully hand-painted, the figure rests on a globe of the earth set in the centre of a pentagram. The triple-horned goat's head looks straight ahead and the wings stretch out behind. The raised right arm makes a blessing, with the word SOLVE written on the forearm, while the left arm reaches down and outwards. The legs end in cloven hooves.
In occult tradition, Baphomet stands for the sum total of the universe and has long been a symbol of free-thinking heresy and forbidden knowledge. From the hooves to the wings, every detail rewards a closer look, which makes it a figure to study as much as to display.
A good gift for: occult collectors, gothic home lovers, witchy friends.
