About this piece
Violet in colour and smooth to hold, these African amethyst tumble stones suit crystal beginners and collectors alike. Amethyst is a semi-precious variety of quartz that comes in many shades of purple, and it owes its colour to trace amounts of aluminium and iron.
Bags come in three sizes. The large stones come in a bag of 6 and measure approximately 30 to 50 mm each. The medium stones come in a bag of 12 at approximately 25 to 45 mm. The small stones come in a bag of 24. Natural stones vary, so each stone is unique and colour and shade differ.
African amethyst is traditionally associated with intuition and the crown chakra in crystal lore. Keep the stones on a bedside table, display them in a decorative bowl or hold them in your hands. A good starter bag for a new crystal collection.
A good gift for: crystal beginners, crystal collectors, amethyst lovers, witchy friends.
