## About this item

The Lost Tarot of Nostradamus is a tarot deck for readers who love prophecy, built on Nostradamus's verses and 80 paintings. Michel de Nostredame was a sixteenth-century French apothecary and seer, known to most people as Nostradamus. His verses are quatrains, which means four-line verses.

In 1994 a manuscript believed to be by Nostradamus was discovered in the Italian National Library in Rome, along with 80 mysterious paintings. The paintings draw heavily on the symbolism of the tarot. John Matthews and Wil Kinghan researched the find for this deck, with fresh translations from the original quatrains. The cards are illustrated and measure 159 x 217 x 34 mm.

The prophecies are married to tarot imagery, and the translations add another dimension to every reading. Shuffle the Nostradamus deck and let the seer speak in your next reading.
