## About this item

Sigil Craft is the book for anyone who wants to learn how to make sigils, the symbols magicians make to represent an intention. Written by Lia Taylor, it suits witches, chaos magicians and anyone curious about magickal symbols.

Inside this hardback of 224 pages, step-by-step instructions cover several methods, including the Magic Square, a grid of numbers, and the Austin Osman Spare method. The book also traces sigils from Agrippa and medieval grimoires to prehistoric cave paintings and the graphic novels of Grant Morrison. Black and white illustrations by Taylor run throughout, and the book measures 159 x 211 x 22 mm.

Taylor shows how to charge a sigil and bring it into creative work, and explains the shoaling technique. It's a fitting gift for a witch building their own practice. Start your first sigil with the step-by-step method inside.
