## About this gift

Shaped from selenite, this crystal heart suits a collector, a gift giver or anyone setting up a first altar. Selenite is a crystal named after Selene, the Greek moon goddess, so it is often linked with the moon.

The heart measures 7 x 6.5 x 2.5 cm, a size that fits on a shelf, a desk or an altar. It is natural selenite, so each heart is unique and the markings vary from piece to piece. It is sold as a single heart.

Selenite is traditionally used in cleansing rituals and moon rituals on an altar. Some people set it out at the full moon, or keep it beside their other crystals as a display piece. It is a simple, heart-shaped gift for a friend who collects crystals.
