## About this gift

A black raven perches on Thor's abandoned hammer in this 23 cm Norse figurine, as if a fierce battle has only just ended. In Norse myth, Thor is the son of Odin and the hammer is his famous weapon. This is a piece for anyone who loves Norse and Viking lore.

Resin is the material here, and the piece is hand-painted. The hammer, with a wooden handle and a golden metal head, rests on a pile of black rocks, and the raven balances on top.

In the old tales, Odin keeps two ravens that fly over the world and bring him news, so a raven on his son's hammer feels right at home. On a shelf or mantelpiece, the dark bird and golden hammer head make a striking scene. For any fan of the sagas, it is a gift with a story in every detail.
