## About this item

Start your sound practice with a Nepalese moon singing bowl, handcrafted in Nepal from a single piece of metal alloy and sold in small, medium and large. Meditators, yoga fans and collectors all have a place for it.

Large measures 17 cm across and weighs about 850 g. Medium is 15 cm and about 750 g. Small is 13 cm and about 550 g. The large and medium bowls give deep, resonant tones when played, and the small gives rich, resonant sounds.

Singing bowls are traditionally played in meditation and yoga, and a bowl also stands as a spiritual centrepiece. Choose your size and give your space its own sound.
