## About this gift

Lisa Parker, the wildlife and fantasy artist, designed this Guardian of the North snow globe. Inside, a large white wolf keeps a lonely vigil with soulful brown eyes, a full moon rising behind it in a clear night sky. It is a gift for wolf lovers and anyone drawn to the winter of the far north.

The globe rests on a stand of snow-covered rocks, where a waterfall falls over a frozen branch from the pool in the orb. Silver glitter dusts the scene inside and clings to the wolf's fur like snow each time the globe is shaken.

On a mantelpiece or a coffee table, it is a small piece of winter wilderness to pick up and shake on a dark December evening. For a fan of Lisa Parker's art, or a friend who feels a pull towards wolves and moonlit nights, it makes a thoughtful winter gift.
