## About this gift

Chakra-themed leather covers make journalling part of your practice. Five notebooks range from a compact clasped journal to a huge 200-page book, for writing, sketching or a spiritual diary.

The Buddha Seven Chakra and Seven Chakra Colours notebooks are genuine leather with a clasp and about 100 deckle-edge pages (rough, vintage-style edges), each 13 x 18 x 4 cm. My Chakras Are Aligned AF shows a hand-printed chakra goddess, with 200 plain pages and a soft cover that wraps round with a turquoise cord. The 6 x 9 inch Chakra Stone notebook and the Huge 7 Chakra Book both hold 200 pages.

Chakra lore names seven chakras, each with its own colour and symbol, and the Seven Chakra Colours cover shows all seven. A leather notebook keeps notes and sketches in one place, under a cover that makes the habit a pleasure.
