## About this item

Written as letters from an experienced witch to her two apprentices, Hedge Witch is a solitary witchcraft book by Rae Beth for anyone who practises alone. Solitary witchcraft is offered here not as a substitute for coven worship but as a fulfilling lifestyle in its own right.

Its 192 pages include black and white line drawings and pen-and-ink sketches. The book explains the Goddess and her consort, the Horned God, as sources of spiritual strength and worship. At 215 x 138 x 16 mm it is a slim paperback from Robert Hale Ltd, published on 1 Aug 1992.

Spells for all the key festivals of the witch's calendar are included. The letters also describe a Pagan approach to finding a partner and argue against greed and self-interest. Read the first letter of Hedge Witch and start your own solitary witchcraft path.
