## About this gift

Three mango wood trays make up this large enamelled Buddha set: one with a single compartment, one with two and one with three. It suits a meditation space, an altar or anyone who values devotional art from the Buddhist tradition.

Each compartment holds a high-gloss enamelled inlay of the Buddha seated in meditation, encircled by a golden mandala. A mandala is a circular design used in Buddhist and Hindu art. The warm grain of the mango wood frames the rich colours, and the supplier lists the set at 38 x 13 cm. The smooth enamelled surface is easy to look after.

The trays are made to organise and display crystals, jewellery or ritual tools, so an altar or dressing table can hold its pieces in order. Made as devotional art, the set brings an image of the Buddha into everyday use with care and colour.
